I've had mostly positive experiences here, but I don't feel the pricing matches the level of service. My most recent visit was especially frustrating. I was told to bring a same-day urine sample for my dog's UTI, but no one mentioned it also needed to be refrigerated. When I arrived, the sample couldn't be used, and I had to pay an additional $50 for an ultrasound-guided urine collection. That extra expense and stress for my dog could have been completely avoided with better communication. Overall, the staff is kind, but I think there's room for improvement in both communication and value.
