When Birch Lake Animal Hospital was run with Dr. Tripp, it performed significantly better. If there was an emergency I could get in. Today, under Dr. Timothy — They claim to be capable of taking new clients. They often refer pets out to other hospitals because they are overbooked and overwhelmed. They add costs post service which is frankly immoral. I’m in the process of filing a report with Keith Ellison. When you can’t afford the exorbitant vet bills, they claim you don’t care about your dog. Most of America doesn’t even have decent healthcare and is drowning. Their staff need a reality check.

We found a kitten out in the snow in bad condition and we called around everywhere but Birch Lake Animal Hospital was the only place that good could us in that same day. We saw Dr.Emily Stenseng and she was incredible! She was very kind and personable not only to our kitten but also to my husband and I. All of her staff from front desk to the vet techs and assistants were all so kind and friendly, thorough and efficient. They really made a lasting impression on us and because of their kindness we will be bringing our kitten back! Thanks for everything!
