They are always so lovely to my dog who can be a little reactive to other dogs when she’s on her leash. I’ve been taking her here for years and the staff helps get her into a room without any issues. She used to hate the vet but now she knows it’s the place she gets endless treats.

Dr. Cook and her staff are phenomenal with my senior cat! Dr. Cook is thorough when examining my concerns with Fiji to give her an accurate diagnosis and proper care plan. She has even found conditions that I have overlooked or was unaware of to help with treatment or management, such as for arthritis. I appreciate that there are holistic care options such as herbal remedies that best fit her needs. Also, the clinic has gone above and beyond to take her in for urgent care when their day was booked. Dr. Cook and her team are incredibly compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable!

I could not say enough positive things about this place and the staff. Dr. Cook truly cares so much about giving the absolute best care. She goes above and beyond in so many ways each and every time we go in. Appointments are never rushed, and you are given the space to thoroughly talk through your pet’s health and ask any questions you have. They incorporate both holistic and western medicine in a way that feels very thought-through and dependent on your specific pet’s needs in that exact time. I have a five year old dog who has had chronic allergies and GI issues and I’ve tried what feels like every possible treatment option (western to holistic) and he has finally begun to improve in various ways after coming to this clinic. Beyond the incredible care, the staff are the most kind, patient, compassionate people! I will forever be grateful for the ways this place has supported my dog!
