Isaacson Veterinary Hospital

Reasonably priced but I won't be back. I felt the vet was rude and condescending. Sure, she did it with a smile on her face, but i felt she was dismissive and rude regarding me attempting to discuss my multi pet household. She acted as though I wanted her to diagnose other animals in the home, which was absolutely not the case. She was snarky regarding attempting to discuss dietary changes due to balancing a multi-cat household. I just moved to town and ended up with a sick cat. It is difficult to balance dietary needs of multiple cats, especially when some have allergies, which were determined by numerous prior vet visits, food trials, food elimination, and reintroduction. She just snapped at me and told me my cat's very real allergy isn't actually an allergy, but it was actually some trendy fad I had been tricked into buying into the hype of, which was really disheartening. Rare allergies are not non-existent. But that was only one rude remark of several. I am just a pet owner who was trying to get care for my cat while also attempting to problem solve real issues with a vet who could potentially help me figure out how to balance it all. After reading the comments from the veterinary clinic on the poor reviews I dont expect any kindness or professionalism from my comment, but it is my experience. (I should have read the bad reciews first and the clinic's responses because it would have been a great indicator of the experience i would have had) Everyone else in the clinic was nice. I just didnt think the vets snarky, dismissive, and condescending attitude was helpful or kind to someone who was seeking help for my pet. Do I need to bring in all the pets in my household for a check up in order to discuss options for diet changes when they affect them due to one sick pet? Not all pets live in a vacuum where their routine and diet do not effect other animals living with them. It is also not kind to act like the patient is being difficult trying to explain and discuss their living situation with their animals.

Very professional and very loving to pets. I feel comfortable with the staff.

I cannot thank the team here enough for the kindness they showed my family and I during one of the hardest days of our lives. After being turned away elsewhere for being from out of state, this clinic welcomed us with open arms, genuine warmth, and zero hesitation. Every single staff member was exceptionally compassionate, caring, and gentle, treating our dog with so much dignity as we said goodbye. In a moment of immense grief, their empathy was a true comfort. I am so deeply grateful for their care here and I highly recommend them to anyone.
