The staff take great care of our puppy. We’ve had situations where he needed immediate care, and they always find time.

We were out of town when our college daughter had to make an urgent decision to have her kitty cross the rainbow bridge. They were patient with us, as we facetimed with her as she made the decision . We cried, our daughter cried, and the vet cried with us. The vet had so much empathy for not only our daughter, but her furry friend. It was much appreciated since we couldn't be there with her in person.

We had a very poor experience taking our cat here. They took him into another room to give him shots and said he was very resistant. They brought him back to me soaked in urine. I have had him vaccinated previously at another vet where they did it in the exam room and he had no problems at all. The appointment took almost two hours where we waited and waited for I’m not sure what. Furthermore, when I had to follow up afterwards, I experienced unprofessional and untrained reception staff. Would not recommend.
