Does a great job with all the cats I bring in --- both my pets and rescues.

Disappointed with the service and approach to care. I brought my aging dog in to discuss her known heart condition and some other new, age-related issues. Two years ago, we had X-rays done at this clinic that showed she had an enlarged heart. She also occasionally has what appears to be a pinched nerve or inflammation issue. In the past, getting medication for those flare-ups was difficult because of concerns related to her heart. We eventually received medication and have used it very sparingly—only a couple of times a year when she has a significant flare-up. At this most recent visit, I specifically asked to have blood work done to better understand her current health. I was told they would not do the blood work unless I also agreed to new X-rays. Given her age, known history, and the cost involved, I said I wanted to go home, discuss it with my family, and decide how we wanted to proceed. I was then told that if I came back after making that decision, I would be charged another appointment fee. I understand that veterinary clinics need to recommend appropriate testing and that there may be medical reasons for updated imaging. What disappointed me was the lack of flexibility in discussing reasonable options for an aging dog whose history is already known to this clinic. At this stage of her life, our priority is keeping her comfortable and making thoughtful decisions about which tests and treatments are actually going to improve her quality of life. The experience left me feeling like the business model was taking priority over working with us to determine the most appropriate care for our dog.

Due to the USAF I have had to move around a lot and have had many different vet clinics over the years. This one is my favorite. It is clean, fresh smelling, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Appointments are always on time and the way they schedule it you are never dealing with lots of other animals in the waiting room. You walk in and you go straight into your own room. Staff is very friendly and the Vet Techs and Doctors are knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough.

Dr. Zieman is amazing! I have an extremely fearful dog and she is so good with him. He is actually calm around her now! She TRULY cares about your fur babies! The entire staff is wonderful and they understand that I have to bring my other dog when I bring my boy in because she is his "support dog". These are not small dogs... they totally understand and greet them both with love! 🫶🐾 Thank you Dr. Zieman and all staff for all you do!
