Dr. Jones is exceptional—we’ve taken our animals to her for over a decade, following her as she moved practices and then opened her own (b/c we love her so much!). She also surrounds herself with amazing people. Her vet techs and support staff are top notch.

Ridiculous wait with an appointment. Understaffed? Seems like just another PE-backed vet chain engineered to charge you for every conceivable test and procedure. If I bring my dog in for an ear infection that she eas diagnosed and tested for previously and ahows symptoms of still having, do we need to do another lab test, really? $300 and problem unresolved. Wi-fi didnt work. Owning a pet has become another past-time for the wealthy - sad.

Both my 2 year old cats came down with urinary issues within a month of each other. I went to Nova Vet Clinic for their care and saw Dr. Schwartzman. Dr. Schwartzman is such a caring vet. She treated both Daisy & Sky and I'm happy to report both are on the mend. Also, both the front desk people and vet technician's are also very friendly and caring. Dr. Schwartzman took the time to explain to me what is going on with both Daisy & Sky and the steps I need to take to make sure their urinary issues stay under control. She also took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I'm so glad I found Nova Vet and Dr. Schwartzman.
