I went to this animal hospital for a long time and although there staff is knowledgeable and does good work I can’t get over the relentless sales tactics and absolutely over blown prices. I took my dog there to have them look at his broken tooth and before even looking at my dog they were trying to upsell me on everything they possibly could. Then they quoted me $1800 for a simple extraction. I took him to a family owned vet who did it for around $800 including the pre-op blood work, vaccines, nail trim and deep clean of teeth while he was under. This place is owned by a big corporation and has extremely inflated prices. Go to a small owned local vet instead for FAIR pricing and to support local.

This is who you want to be able to call when something is wrong with your dog. I ended up going elsewhere at their suggestion, but the service I received here was worth a rare review.

Sadly our dog need to be put to sleep. We went in about 3:30 pm on a Thursday. I explained our dog needed to be put to sleep. The receptionist told me we don't have any appointments. Who schedules an appointment for that? There was a genuine lack of compassion. It was ok over the years to spend several thousands of dollars there but they couldn't help with end of life. She didn't even take a minute to look up our profile or go talk to the vet.
