Everyone at my local Banfield Pet Hospital is dedicated to my pet's welfare. The Vets are honest in their assessments, so that I can always do what's best for my fur-child. And when a pet has to say goodbye, they put a sign and an LED candle in the front of the lobby to let people know *quiet* is required, because there are people taking leave of their little loves.

I have reason to believe they are overcharging customers. Tests were done there vs another in Fargo ND and I was told they didn’t need to be done. Then I was asked which tests they’d like me to have done my dog with what looked to be an eye infection. I want whatever is necessary for my dog. Could be me being skeptical, other than pricing they do a great job.
