My cat likes it here. Can be a little push with upsells. I got scoffs and extremely judgmental looks from Dr Ross after he asked me how many gabapeptin I wanted for my cat who gets anxious at vet visits and violently resists having his nails cut. Dr Ross had previously told me it was safe, and they want me to give him 3 doses before vet visits. They usually give me 6, but I always run out between regular visits. I answered "i don't know, 6 or 12?" and he acted shocked that I was asking for 12 and kept giving me side eyes and shaking his head. It was not at all subtle. Why the hell would you ask me how many I wanted if you already had a set amount in mind? It made me extremely uncomfortable and feeling like I was some drug-seeking monster. Why not communicate your concerns and have an adult conversation so we can learn and understand each other? I'm not sure if i'll be back.

Great staff, very friendly, caring and great with the pets. They've taken care of many of our cats and dogs over the years, and it's always been wonderful. Highly recommend.

We have brought our dogs here for 25 years, we've been here through a few retirements and we have always been pleased. Dr. Ross is our current vet. He and his team are great with our dog - they listen to all of our concerns, explain decisions, and remind us when appointments need to be made. And they are awfully sweet to our dog & I highly recommend!

We have been with Dr. Ross and staff for a few years now! We have had a very rough year we lost our senior Dog and our 6 year yr old to cancer. They were soooo amazing. Dr Ross is a absolute gem, our big scary 145 pound dog even when she growled and scowled he gave her the best care. When it was time to make that tough choice about her qauilty of life and what we could do. He never made us feel bad and answered every single question we had. He laid with her and told her she was the best and loved. The staff always found a way to help us when we were having treatment for her and allowed us to have her in a room vs a kennel as she hated a kennel. They allowed us to sit with her. We have a New dog Mr. Butters and he is now 10 months we have had hin since 9 weeks and we will always get our care here. The best team in town.
