I had a poor personal experience here with Dr Emillee Alms. Although competent enough, it was revealed, and not just during a time of stress, that she is condescending to other health care professionals. I will find another vet for my dog.

I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment was told I would have to pay an up charge even though the reason I was late was due to traffic and a car accident. The owner was very patronizing toward me and said do you have a phone? I did not appreciate how I was being talked to and was told that I raised my voice when I did not was not happy with this appointment at all

Me and my wife had a fantastic experience here the staff is incredibly patient. They helped us navigate some really complicated paperwork trying to bring our dog back to Honolulu. We have a very large protective Cane Corso and the staff impressed us with how they patiently helped him get through the steps and overcome some anxieties at the vet.

This is hands down the best vet clinic I’ve ever experienced. We’ve had two visits to the clinic - one for a very sick cat and another for health certificates to move overseas - and both times, Dr. Alms and our vet tech, Rhonda, were absolute rockstars. Rhonda was remarkably good at calming down a very anxious cat, and Dr. Alms is a remarkably knowledgeable expert in her field. On top of that, they are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I’m grateful to have this clinic and such trustworthy professionals to take such good care of our cats!

The staff are wonderful, caring people. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are comfortable. Staff is very thorough in explaining medications and what may be happening with their pets.
