We just had our first visit to Northwest Animal Hospital. Everyone was lovely from front desk to vet tech to Dr. Sara. Dr. Sara was amazing with my cat, Gus, who is usually wary of vet visits. Dr. Sara walked me through things to watch for and was so welcoming. We’re glad we have a new vet home!

Have been going to this place past 2.5 years. They were always more expensive than other places which I didn't mind as it was easy to get appointments and was closer to the house but recently the service has not been great. Went 3 different times for allergy issues, spent several hundred dollars and more than 2 months. Neither the ear infection nor the skin issue was resolved. I seem to be taking more work than they can handle and rushing through appointments without thorough check ups. EDIT: I was disappointed to see documentation indicating that I declined all allergy treatments, as that is not accurate. Additionally, I received an email from Dr. Sarah that came across as blaming rather than collaborative. Seeing a similar tone reflected again is concerning. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback. Clear, respectful communication is important—especially when discussing treatment decisions. If the goal is to improve patient experience and outcomes, a more collaborative and solution-focused approach would be helpful.
