My sister dog was brought in for concerns of ear infection. Of course they gave her RX what was easily taken from the shelf with no concern for side affects. Her dog got very sick and his one eye on the same side as the ear infection has now been surgically removed due to complication of the ear infection and RX. My sister also asked about his anal area being inflamed and the vet at Windy Ridge said it was allergies but really it was a staff infection which is now taken care of from a wonderful and very knowledgeable Vet. Basically the new Vet from another town saved my sister pet in Time. I know a few people other than my sister that will never bring their pets to Windy Ridge. Shame on you for not caring. These pets you carelessly looked over looked and carelessly diagnosed. They are in hands of a much better Vet Dr. who cares about family pets!!.

Dr Weber and staff took good care of our sick cat over the weekend. Prompt, thorough assessment, explained the likely diagnosis & treatment plan. Also thought the bill was very reasonable!

We were camping in Pipestone, after driving from the Twin Cities. Our dog had been acting wobbly and lethargic, and he was off both food and water. Dr. Weber squeezed us in on Saturday morning. Even though she was fully booked, she took plenty of time diagnosing the issue (perforated ear drum) and working through options and the likely recovery process. The food she suggested and sent us back to the campground with worked like a charm, and our typically chipper dog was mostly back to his usual self in a couple of days. We are so grateful for her help!
