Pushed a procedure that was not medically necessary and framed it like it was. This was followed by inadequate support leading to an infections. Dr Douglas implied that i could just let him die if i didn't care enough. He made it 6 more months before dying today. With complication after complication leading to his death all stemming from dr Douglas and her decision to push and expand the scope of procedures. I love and miss my favorite boy.

Amazing Caring staff that saw our bunny even when they had a full day of appointments. They truly care about her and her wellbeing. They are very good at what they do! Thank you for all your help!

Dr. Heather Douglas doesn't care about the pets as much as she does the money she is making off of them. We got a new puppy in August and brought it to the Douglas Animal Hospital for all of it's vaccinations, deworming, etc. We then had them perform the neutering procedure. After the checkup to remove the stitches, Dr. Heather Douglas personally sent an email telling us they will no longer provide care for our pet and to go someplace else. Leaving us with zero support and no care for our puppy, should any complications have came up from the procedure. Up to this point, we had spent nearly two thousand dollars for their care and services to our puppy. Conveniently this letter came when all the new puppy care was done, and there is only routine checkups from now on. Dr. Heather Douglas got all the money she wanted out of us, then disposed of us. I purposely held off writing this review thinking this was a mistake. I replied to her email, but received no response.
