My cat tragically passed away and when I brought him in in a panic the front desk lady didn't only not help but she took over 5 minutes to confirm no vet was on the premesis and would not provide any helpful information. My partner found another vet to go to while the front desk lady was away. They had no sense of urgency and no empathy.. I ended up going to another vet close by that was extremely helpful, responsive, and empathetic. I would not give this vet money, they may have experienced vets, I have no idea, but they hire people who are not animal people and will act cold in the moments we need the most for our furry friends.

First time bringing in animal here. And it was the best experience I have had! My tot didn’t want to leave the kid space, as she was being a vet, and they took amazing care for a kitty in need, Sky. Thank you!!!
