Lucy is great! My Jericho is a terrified dog, but she is so patient with him and so understanding. The big lobby gives waiting animals space that reduces stress. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I absolutely LOVE the Shady Oak Vet Clinic! Front desk staff are extremely welcoming, the vets are so nice, knowledgeable, and they take the time to actually LISTEN to my concerns! They come up with a plan that is just right for my dog. I’ve been going there for around 20 years now. I will be a customer for life.

From the minute we walk in the door the front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming! The tech who was going to draw blood for testing explained what she’d be doing and asked if we had any questions. We had a few questions for Dr Chris that our dog Henry sees and she was able to communicate these questions to Dr Chris. We love Shady Oak Veterinary and Dr Chris!
