I've been a little disappointed lately. First off for their rewards program, you only earn points if it is over $100. I spent over $200 in a week and they would not give me 2 paws when I have been a life long customer. Also, they now pass through the 3% on credit cards to you when they charge the most around so that adds up. Again, they are corporate owned, not a small business. Thirdly, my senior yorkie has been going there since she was a pup and used to see the old owner Dr. Jim Windsor before he retired and sold the business. Now, she has been having some gut issues and been hospitalized a couple of times but her organs are good and I was looking for help on trying to avoid relapses but I walked away with it could just keep happening and no one would fault you if you put her down. She is an otherwise healthy senior yorkie. I feel like they don't want to treat senior dogs and I feel really frustrated and stuck as she is a senior so I want someone that knows her. I will be talking her to her other vet I have in ND to see if they can help offer solutions as I feel like I am on my own.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inver Grove Heights Animal Hospital. From the very first call with their answering service, to the front desk staff, veterinary technicians, and veterinarian who cared for my pregnant queen that was needing emergency surgery, every single person was absolutely amazing. We were dealing with a very stressful and frightening situation, and the compassion, professionalism, communication, and genuine care they showed us meant more than I can put into words. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure she received the emergency care she needed, and I always felt like she was in caring and capable hands. The entire team was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Even during such a stressful situation, they made us feel heard and cared for. I am beyond thankful to everyone at Inver Grove Heights Animal Hospital for everything they did for my girl and for us. ❤️ If you are looking for a veterinary hospital where you can feel confident that your pets are truly cared about, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🐾❤️

Dr. Erickson is one of the many wonderful veternarians at IGHAH. She took great care of our cat that recently passed away. So when we got a new kitten, we knew who to take her to. Dr. Erickson spent alot of time educating me on my new kitten and was so kind and gentle with her.
