Animaleo Essential Oils For Animals: Crow River Animal Hospital

Dr. Sheldon’s products are great, but she literally sent her customers an email stating that orders would be shipped on God’s time and gave those with outlying orders the opportunity to send an email to cancel their orders—which I promptly did. I knew I was moving and wouldn’t receive the package. Almost a month later, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. She doesn’t even follow the directions she gave customers. Incredibly unprofessional with zero communication with customers. God would encourage her to hire reliable professionals so she can actually keep her end of contractual agreements made upon purchase—newfound spirituality isn’t an excuse for unethical practices. *Edited to add: Now I’m the bad guy for doing exactly what she asked in her email and trusting that she meant it? I am compassionate, but don’t gaslight your customers and don’t take orders or give your customers guidance about their orders if you can’t deliver on it. I bought Dr. Sheldon’s book and am DIY’ing it for my dogs.

Have used these oils for my dogs and my human family for years. Each of us, including each dog has their own preferences. It's fascinating to see who chooses what, when, and how much. There are certain ones I will never be caught without. I feel confident in Dr Shelton's expertise.

I placed an order and after 10 days never received notification it would be shipped, and there were no responses to any of my three inquiries on status. I finally had to reverse the charge on my credit card. I don’t understand why you would offer sales online, charge people for a product, and then never bother to contact the customer who believed enough in you to give you their money.

This vet needs to stick to medicine and stop spewing political things online for everyone to see. Unprofessional behavior for a doctor.

The only essential oils I use in my home because they are safe for animals.
