Our dog Bingo was in great distress. I asked about euthanasia and they said they could accommodate us immediately. When I carried Bingo into the lobby we were directed into a separate grieving room. Blue Pearl was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. They treated us with dignity and compassion. Emotionally we were complete wrecks. They had a separate door to go out so we didn't have to go through the lobby displaying our grief. For the services rendered we were totally satisfied.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Absolutely zero logic in how they take their furry patients in and in what order. I completely understand if a dog has been hit by a car or some horrible disastrous thing but these dogs that were coming in behind us and leaving before us looked perfectly fine bouncing around barking at each other wagging their tails one had a little cut on its paw and it was already bandaged and wrapped but they had to take that one first before a dog that may have an anal gland issue or an obstruction. I suggest people find any other so-called emergency vet to take your dog to before even considering this one. I was there 4 and 1/2 hours. And at the time I checked in it was a 1 to 2 hour wait. After 4 1/2 hours they then told me it would be 2 to 3 more hours with only one dog left in front of me. Bring in more doctors, or don't call yourselves an urgent care vet.

My poor cat ate a penny. They took very good care of him and my family. The price point seemed reasonable to me especially in comparison to other pet hospitals.
