After our first visit, I was really excited to be moving my pets over to this clinic. They answered questions that my last vet would avoid, they explained everything and seemed very honest. Then we experienced some pretty serious trauma in our home with our pets that resulted in my senior dogs death. I reached out to them for guidance on what to do next because we were a wreck. They told me they would call me back after they “talked with the team”. I never got a call back and realized they didn’t actually want to help. I called so many places for help and EVERY SINGLE PLACE called me back because they knew we needed help, even if they couldn’t help us directly. I’m so disappointed with this vet because it really felt like they were there for us after that first visit. Instead, they left us lost and waiting on places that we had no records with. We still are struggling with the losses we experienced and still have heard nothing from them. This was supposed to be our new regular vet and we felt abandoned….

Really great to work with. Talked me through different answers to the issue. Even did an emergency surgery on my pup as well one time. Always fair and upfront with me.

I highly recommend bringing your fur babies to see Dr. Kristen Harr! She takes such awesome Care of my dogs Remi, Rascal , and Rory💗 In the past I’ve not been able to have my little guy rascal get his nails trimmed without him yelping, and being scared to death. Dr. Harr was able to do it so smoothly. My dogs LOVE her! Dr. Harr is kind, compassionate, practical and also a very good friend of mine. Please consider bringing your beloved pets to see her:)
