Edgerton Veterinary Clinic

We had to euthanize our beautiful, sweet cat Stanley, and the vet and assistants were outstanding. They were gentle, explained everything, and didn't rush. They made our nightmare, tolerable. Thank you.

I recently requested copies of my pets records from Edgerton Veterinary Clinic in order to transfer to another veterinarian. As I reviewed the records, I was shocked to find information documented under the wrong dog and notes that appeared to be unprofessional and personally critical of me after I had expressed frustration regarding delayed communication. My frustration stemmed from waiting over two weeks for important test results. During that time, I was repeatedly told that emergencies were causing delays. While I understand emergencies happen in veterinary medicine, these results were important to my pet's health. I only received them after following up multiple times, and by then my pet needed additional medication. It is heartbreaking to think she may have suffered longer than necessary due to the delay. Unfortunately, this was not the only concern I experienced with the clinic, but it was enough for me to lose confidence in the care and communication provided. Based on my personal experience, and how I constantly felt like a inconvenience to be there for several appts I have chosen to move my pets elsewhere and would not recommend this clinic to others. I hope sharing my experience encourages pet owners to review their pets records carefully and advocate for timely communication regarding their animals care.

These Doctors and their entire team are amazing with our animals! So glad we started bringing our dogs and cats here when we moved to the area in 2010.
