RED FLAG: absolute waste of time and total ick behavior from this clinic. booked a regular annual checkup specifically because they said it was mandatory so my dog could keep getting his allergy shot. got a quote over the phone, showed up ready to go, and out of nowhere they tried to gaslight me. they literally admitted *themselves* at the front desk that they booked the wrong appointment category (an urgent care slot) and tried to slap me with a **$50 upcharge**. make it make sense?? they wanted to charge me extra for **their** mistake and refused to fix it or honor the price I was quoted. when I called them out, they tried to claim they left a voice note or called me beforehand (narrator: they definitely did not). I told them straight up: just because it’s typed in your notes doesn't mean it actually happened, kind of like how I definitely *never* booked an emergency appointment. needless to say, I walked right out. clearly desperate for cash and trying to scam pet owners who just want to take care of their animals. absolute red flags—avoid this place at all costs.

Great all-women staff, helps to make my dog more relaxed. Vets are really good at explaining conditions, services and advising on steps to take.
