Came here to vaccinate our cat. Everyone except for this old lady who worked at vaccination reception was friendly. The cashier at checkout and the vet and the assistant were super nice and patient; if it wasn’t this particular employee I would’ve given 5 stars for their services. She was so rude to us and our cat. We’ve had our cat for about 2 months and he’s very sociable and calm around people, but she treated him like a feral cat and yelled us to grab him multiple times when he was being weighed. Like he wasn’t making a single sound and didn’t show any signs of aggression, not sure why she was being so hostile. The whole time filling out his medical intake form she looked extremely annoyed, very unprofessional.

Can't believe how rude and unprofessional stuff can be, especially working with an animals. Brought my (by the way very nice and calm cat) for vaccines. She is a former stray that was recently rescued and needed the services. The Vet and 2 assistants opened the carrier and tried to take her out. The cat got scared and escaped, running for her life, in process scratching the worker. The workers refused to vaccinate her because she is scared. The girl assistant started talking to me with such aggravation and attitude making it look like it's an animals fault. Let me tell you this, girl: yes, cats DO scratch, not all animals are pleased to see a Vet, and YOU need to know how to handle a scared (not feral, not aggressive!!!) cat instead of playing a victim here. They refused the service because my (good with everybody) cat got scared and apparently it is my fault that they don't have closed space for procedures. Unprofessional approach, not understanding animals behavior, unable to take a cat out of the carrier without her escaping, being rude to a Customer earned you ZERO stars review.
