The staff were very pleasant and efficient with managing my dogs torn dew claw! We were in and out before I could even finish the admission paperwork. 😂 They were also kind enough to not charge me for it as well!

If I could give a 0 I would!!! Bernese Mountain dog was throwing up through the night. Concerned about a flipped stomach. They put him in a crate for and 11/2 hours while I weighted. No one even examined him. Then they wanted me to call poison control to get a code which would cost me $89.00. No one has still looked at him.I called my Veterinarian they said leave and get him over to us. My vet is now running the test procedures that he should have had. What a joke. If you love your animal think twice. Go to a reputable emergency vet. Or the university of Minnesota.

Some of the staff could use some sensitivity training, especially the woman at the front who was making jokes about my distressed cat. I’m sure she was trying to lighten the mood, but maybe learn how to read the room. This visit was a 2 star experience, but I’ll give it a 3 star because of a prior visit that went better.

Certain staff comes across as very cold. Outrageous prices, can't really afford to keep your furry family members alive these days.

We had a wonderful experience with our cat just last night! A clasp from a cat toy had gotten stuck in her paw and we were unable to remove it ourselves. They were able to take her back to the exam right away. The techs were able to remove the clasp before the vet even took a look. They didn’t even charge us for the service! When do you ever experience that? Friendly, professional, and compassionate service was what we received at BluePearl. They remedied an unexpected and uncomfortable situation in minutes. If we ever need emergency pet services again, you can bet we’ll be back at BluePearl!
