Disappointed at how I was treated when I called for an urgent appointment for my dog. The problem isn't that they couldn't get us in it's how rude whoever answered the phone was to me when I was obviously very concerned about my dog and that woman was rude and dismissive. It's costs you nothing to be kind being rude does cost something I'll never take another animal to that place I would rather drive 45 minutes to people who know how to treat customers. Every other vet I called that day was kind patient and understanding and also couldn't get us in except this place. Might want to do some retraining cuz bad customer service sticks with a place a long time and you people seem to have a lot of it.
